Dezember 2025 g\u00fcltig.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Teilnahmeberechtigung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Jeder verifizierte Investor auf Livonia (im Folgenden als \"Nutzer\" bezeichnet) kann innerhalb des angegebenen Zeitraums am Empfehlungsprogramm teilnehmen. Um teilzunehmen, muss der Nutzer einen eindeutigen Promo-Code in seinem Livonia-Konto generieren.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Empfehlungspr\u00e4mie:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Sowohl der Nutzer als auch die geworbene Person erhalten eine Pr\u00e4mie von 20 EUR, wenn die geworbene Person innerhalb von 60 Tagen nach der Registrierung auf Livonia mindestens 300 EUR investiert. Die Pr\u00e4mie wird in einer einzigen Rate in EUR am Tag nach der Erf\u00fcllung aller in diesen Allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen genannten Bedingungen ausgezahlt.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Einkommensteuer auf Boni:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die Einkommenssteuer auf erhaltene Boni gilt nur f\u00fcr Boni, die an in Lettland steuerlich ans\u00e4ssige Personen gezahlt werden, und wird von diesen abgezogen. Nicht in Lettland ans\u00e4ssige Personen sind f\u00fcr die Zahlung von Steuern auf erhaltene Boni gem\u00e4\u00df den Gesetzen ihres jeweiligen Landes verantwortlich.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Unbegrenzte Anzahl von Empfehlungsschreiben:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die Nutzer k\u00f6nnen eine unbegrenzte Anzahl von Personen werben und erhalten die Pr\u00e4mie f\u00fcr jede geworbene Person, die die in diesen Allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen genannten Bedingungen erf\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Verwendung des Promo-Codes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Benutzer d\u00fcrfen ihren Livonia Promo Code ausschlie\u00dflich gem\u00e4\u00df den Allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen des Empfehlungsprogramms verwenden. Die Verwendung des Promo-Codes auf eine Art und Weise, die als unlautere Gesch\u00e4ftspraktiken angesehen werden kann, wie z. B. bezahlte Werbeaktionen oder die Weitergabe an zuf\u00e4llige Personen, ist verboten. Jeder von Livonia generierte Promo-Code ist f\u00fcr jeden Benutzer einzigartig und darf nicht ver\u00e4ndert werden.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rderungsw\u00fcrdigkeit der \u00fcberwiesenen Parteien:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Alle geworbenen Parteien m\u00fcssen neue verifizierte Investoren auf Livonia sein und d\u00fcrfen nicht bereits ein bestehendes Livonia-Konto haben. Nutzern ist es untersagt, sich selbst zu empfehlen oder Konten zu erstellen, die in erster Linie dem Zweck dienen, Empfehlungspr\u00e4mien zu erhalten. Benutzer, die gegen diese Bedingungen versto\u00dfen, werden vom Empfehlungsprogramm ausgeschlossen und erhalten keine Pr\u00e4mie.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Benachrichtigung bei Verst\u00f6\u00dfen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Wenn Livonia einen Versto\u00df gegen die Allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen des Empfehlungsprogramms feststellt und den Nutzer benachrichtigt, muss der Nutzer die Teilnahme an dem Programm unverz\u00fcglich beenden.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Geltendes Recht:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Die Rechtsbeziehungen, die sich aus dem Empfehlungsprogramm ergeben, werden durch die Allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen geregelt, die auf Livonia zu dem Zeitpunkt ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden, an dem der Geworbene den Registrierungsantrag mit dem Promo-Code im Feld \"H\u00e4ndler-ID\" einreicht.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c4nderungen der Bedingungen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Livonia beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, die Allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen des Empfehlungsprogramms einseitig zu \u00e4ndern oder zu beenden, ohne die Nutzer und\/oder die empfohlenen Parteien davon in Kenntnis zu setzen.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Aktualisiert am: 1.
